Studio Aggamuffin is the roaring engine of Shorelions, because here is where the magic happens!

A little history about our studio: after years of building riddims in the car (!) and at home under the Aggamuffin brand, Don Fayaaz wanted to upgrade his hobby to a more professional level. The studio was founded in 2023 with help of his family and friends, where they built up the studio within a few days!

Not only is Fayaaz a singer/MC/songwriter, but he also is a player of many instruments. He started to hit the drums in the music classroom at the age of 11, where his musical journey started and made lots of friends who played different instruments. His mission is not necessarily to master every instrument, but to understand how they work and create sound from them. Throughout the years, he learned to play the bass, guitar, piano, lots of (Afro-Cuban) percussion and he is working on his brass skills. For many years, he crafted riddims and beats out of love for the music and the scene, as this is his way of therapy and connecting on higher level in spiritual way. Once started in MadTracker, he found his way in programs like FL Studio and Ableton. As he was building some jungle riddims, he understood that he had to put the production under a different name than Don Fayaaz, which of course had to be Shorelions with Shorelions Sound as name for the label.

Throughout the years, he had the honor to work with some great inspiring musicians who helped us set-up the studio. Some of the names are D.Chesron (rapper/MC), Sensu Beats (producers), Ewajiv (producer), Master Shifu (guitarist), and Rifo Reeves (best friend and master of instruments). Also bros to be mentioned: Riyaad, Shameer, Luc, Mohan and Melvin. And of course Sherida, Fayaaz’s mom which was a huge support in this process. A massive shoutout to them!
